DISCLAIMER
A 'client' shall be deemed any company or individual who engages in a service provided by Kimberley Waste regardless if for financial, non financial or other purposes.

1. While all care is taken, Kimberley Waste cannot be held liable under any circumstances for any losses caused as a result of direct or indirect services provided due to including but not exclusive of inaccuracies, timelines, reproduction errors, commissions and transcript errors

2. Although every care is taken to prevent damage to property, no responsibility will be taken by Kimberley Waste in the event property is damaged irretrievably.

3. Although Kimberley Waste makes every effort to ensure the timeframe of the service, compliant with client requirements, is adhered to, Kimberley Waste expressly disclaim all liability to any client or third party, or any claims there from, as a result of the timeframe not being adhered to.

4. Kimberley Waste implements a privacy policy as bound by the governing privacy laws and best practice is adhered to, however Kimberley Waste cannot be held liable for breaches of security either intentional or unintentional.

5. It is the clients ultimate responsibility to ensure work performed is correct and error free. While strict operating guidelines are followed to avoid errors, errors and omissions can be present
